Complaint Review: The Ultimate Tan and Med Spa - Wilsonville Oregon

I was referred to this place to try the HCG diet. I will NEVER EVER go there AGAIN!

This is the story, I had tried the HCG drops and lost weight but I wanted to do it right this time, under a Dr's supervision . and I wanted the support to have maximum results!! So I went in for an appt. $1000.00!! The drops that I took were $100.00.

 With my wedding within weeks this was ALOT of money, and supposedly 50% off! So I met with Jacie, She told me 1000.00 includes the prescription the needles the B12 the recipe book the weekly appts and the meeting(S) with the DR. It was the support that I was looking for. OK. I did it.

I read the web page and it mentioned free messages for HCG patients. This WASN'T offered and was only giving to me because I asked about it just after filling out all the paperwork and nearly walking out the door. My referrer Hadn't been told about the free messages either until I pushed for her to mention it. Also in the paper work I filled out ( I have learned to read things before singing) It says referrers get a bonus.. which I pushed for them to also mention, because it wasn't brought up other wise! So I start the program.

I meet with the Dr. She tells me I should get her my med. records to compare what tests she was taking.. She tells me that at least she told me to do it like she is supposed to but if I dint its OK!!?? I leave with the prescription and the B12. I have my appts set for up to 9 weeks including my 2 messages. I just recently moved about an hour away and was told that if I called the appointments could easily be changed but at least they had me in the system. Also the hour away drive made it hard to come in weekly to talk with Jacie so she was to call me each week in between my 3 wk, 6 wk, and 9 wk appt.

Here is where the real problems start. First Jacie NEVER CALLS ME. I am doing this $1000.00 diet on knowledge from the diet I did with the drops I had done before. I meet with Jacie in 3 weeks. this is also when I get a refill on the prescription HCG. I did not meet with the DR. I wasn't rescheduled to do so either. I asked if I was supposed to call HER each week or what? Because I wasn't getting any support. She said that she wasn't sure if we established this in our first meeting but as she walked me out she had the girl behind the counter put in a reminder to call me every Wednesday around 10am. I still NEVER GOT A CALL. Absolutely NO SUPPORT.

I Came in for my massage and she was GREAT! I paid for a 3rd massage she was so great and she gave it to me half price. It's close to time for my 6 week appt and I realize my 3rd (paid) message is only a few days before So if I change it to the same weekend it saves me a 2 hr drive. I called, they changed it - Great! NOT GREAT. I stayed the weekend to make both appointments. Massage first, I show up and they want me to fill out all the info for a first time massage. I tell them several times that I have already done this. but fill out the paper work anyways.

then insist they tell me what happened to the original paperwork? They cant figure it out. then I find out she set me up with the guy masseuse when I have been seeing the lady. First I'm angry that they set me up with a male without asking. Then I am angry because I stayed in town and they cant get me in with the Lady until after my appt with Jacie which was my original appointment!! So I didn't save a trip I added an extra one because They have a careless way of business! I now need Jacie to call me so that I can reschedule my 6 week appointment because with the wedding so close the extra 2 hr trip isn't possible.

Jacie doesn't call back. NO SUPRISE! I get a call  from the office saying they talked to Jacie and tried to schedule me for my original appointment. OMG I'm livid at this point and tell them again this is not possible. and asked where Jacie was (because she has another office in Sherwood) She is in Sherwood. I got off the phone and called the Sherwood office and talked to Jacie myself.

Note; this is when there is a change in the diet and a really good time for specifics about what to do AND MEET WITH THE DR. Jacie tells me we dint need to meet and in a 5 minute phone conversation tells me whats gonna change and if I need anything to call the Willsonville office and they will have her call me (riiight) I asked why I ha vent gotten any calls and WHEN was I going to see the DR!? She tells me I can see her at my 9 week appt. and if I need to talk or have any questions to call her office.... I WAS SO ANGRY I just got of the phone.... 

I got married!!! Its time for my 9 week appt. They call for a reminder: I tell them I need Jacie to call me and got off the phone. I never got a call. I never had a 9 week appt. I didn't have any support. I lost THE SAME AMOUNT OF WEIGHT AS I DID WITH THE DROPS-- THIS WAS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!! SMH =(
