Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I am Nick Lasorsa, former manager of Quick Sell Liquidators, which is owned by The Zaken Company. I am no longer affiliated with Mr. Zaken or the Zaken Company. I, too, have been scammed and lied to. I am not Mr. Zaken - he resides in California.

I recently found out that Mr. Zaken is a scam artist. He is bilking innocent people out of their money by making false promises. His program leads them to beleive that they will make thousands within a few weeks. This just does not happen.

I am ready to start a class action suit against Mr. Zaken and his companies. If you are interested in fighting for your money back and putting an end to this scam, please contact me through this report by clicking on the " Rebuttal " button at the bottom of this page

I just learned yesterday that, after reading all the responses, Zaken is a fraud. Funny, we were about ready to contract every trucking company in this country to locate stuff on behalf of Quick Sell. I too experienced many phone calls where "the answer machine is full" and it would loop endlessly until I hung up. Any other time, I couldn't get info from anyone regarding questions I had. Nick, I tried to call you numerous times, but could not reach you. Finally, someone told me that you had been replaced by a Joseph Ben. Does this person even exist??? Please count me in on the class action suit! Meantime, I am going to contact my credit card companies about getting refunded.

#4REBUTTAL Individual responds

Thu, October 17, 2002

This is Nick, formerly of QSL, responding to Tiran Zaken's lies after lies. All of a sudden he is concerend about his assocaites, when for all these years his only concern was his side of the business to sign up locators and selling his wares. He was never concerned about selling any deals. He never gave me the support nor money to fulfill the appropriate way of doing business. He just pacified me to - in his words - keep the associates happy by being there to answer their questions. I tried everyway possible to sell every deal we received. I wanted to make the money for the associates. As far as all the lies pertaining to me, there are no truths to any of this. Most of the assocaites will agree that I was very professional and helpful in dealing with them. Funny, most of the complaints we received were about the California office and his helpless helpers. I turned over all records and samples and resigned as of Monday, October 14,2002. Tiran, remember it only takes 3 little letters. Nick PS - In the end, we will all see who will be carrying the weight. Even the editor of the Ripoff Report knows Tiran is not on the up and up.

#5REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, October 16, 2002

Dear Surfers, Apparently Mr. Nick Lassorsa wants us to prove him wrong. Let's start by saying: The most frequent complaint we recieved in our offices, by associates, are related to Mr. Nick Lassorsa. Mr. Lassorsa is NOT an employee or even former employee. He was a business associate, sub contractor, which was reponsible on selling merchandise. Mr. Lassorsa was suppose to sell the liquidated merchandise, which our associates find. He hardly did that. He did not repond to their phone calls, and his misbehavior created many losses to the company, in reputation, money and business. Furthermore, we have a written complaints from clients, which we saved in order to prove this point. The most disturbing made by a female client, who claims that Nick asked her to send pictures of her by email, and tried to hit on her. THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS ETICQTE! The client is now considering placing an harrasement law suit against Mr. Lassorsa. Unfortunately, Nick managed to hide most of these complaints, but not all of them. Once I found out, I did let him know about it, and from his vague answers I have decided to let him go. I was extremely patient with Nick, giving him several chances to prove himself. I paid for his enormous phone bill, I employed 3 people in his office, and gave him all the back up needed to sell merchandise. Nick "lost" samples he recieved from factories, and information I received from reliable sources, it seems he closed deals behind our back (both of mine and my associates), he kept merchandise that has been sent to him for review, and damaged my business. Should Nick decide to suit the company, he will find an extreme response from us. We have all proofs needed, letters of clients and testimonials of people who got hurt because of his actions. May I suggest, do not contact Nick any longer. Effective from Monday, this week, there is no more operation of Quick Sell in NY. The office has moved to california, under my roof and under my nose, and there will be no more confusion, misdirection, misbehavior or inapropriate suggestion from employees or associates related to my company. My Attorneys will take care of Nick's actions in the past and in the present. Dear friends, this is not a divorce case. I am not going to invest any more time dealing with Nick. Anything related to him should be transfered directly to my attorney. and for a few good and exciting news: I have recruited 4 experienced sales executives, to my office in california. Their work will be supervised by me directly, and our goal for this year is to close more deals then any other liquidation company in the U.S. I used to close a lot of deals, alone, in the past, and I can't see any reason not to do it again. Concerning the deals that are pending these days, we will take care of them from California. The phone and fax in NY has been directed to my office already. And a message for Nick - I would recomend that we will finish our relations in an appropriate and business like way. Otherwise, I would have to use everything within my power to prove your wrong ways and make sure that you will pay for the damages you did to my business. Truly yours, Tiran Zaken President
