Posted 5/20/2010 - I tried to post to the RipOffReport.com on 5/16/10, though it never posted to the website. I sent an inquiry through email and through their online form on 5/17/10. As of 5/20/10, I still have not received any response from RipOffReport.com referring to my non-posted 5/16/10 report, so I've updated and reposted my report as of 5/20/2010, which is below. (And yet again on 6/28/2010)



I'm REALLY upset that I am now learning that I was ripped off!!!! I just checked the Rip Off Report (a little late) and realized that I have probably lost my $81.59 on my 4/18/10 order. As of 5/20/10, I still have not received my products, which the website sates, "Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 days from when they are shipped depending on your distance from North Carolina." or a return email/call, which they state they promptly return, or the refund that I requested on 5/13/10 from the so-called "Joey" and his 100% guarantee which follows, "'Our Customer Satisfaction guarantee is simple youre either 100% satisfied with your purchase, or well be glad to accept it back."'  What is interesting is the following statement from The Perch Store website, "We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. This protects you from someone using your credit information and shipping to an unauthorized address." How about protection from Joey and his money stealing website??

Your site guarantees a response ASAP - which hasn't happened!   My order was made on 4/18/10 - I still haven't received it! And I can't track it through UPS - because it is untraceable and you have NOT provide a UPS tracking number to me!



I sent an email 4/29/10 - I haven't received a return email from you!   I filled out your customer care contact form online 4/29/10 and still haven't received a return message or status of my order!  I've been calling 919-439-9047 for two days now and still no answer and no answering machine to leave a message.  Where are you???????  This is NOT a good way to do business!!!!!  (This letter is being sent in an email dated 5/13/10 and in your contact form online @ http://yhst-51898397859030.stores.yahoo.net/contact.html )



I'm extremely unhappy with your service and shipping or rather the LACK of both!!!  I'd like a refund and I'll order my items with a reliable company - which "The Perch Store" is NOT!!!  In addition, the link you emailed me on 4/18/2010 (which is below) doesn't show any status:

Posted on FB 5/16/2010  It's amazing to me that Joey has invested so much time and energy into his beautiful and functional website with its detail, pics, numerous pages, merchant account, PayPal account, return notices, high search rank in Google, etc... and then steals peoples' money!!!!!  He'd make more $$$$ if he ran the online business legitimately.
