Theresa Payton Fuller at Valley First in Penticton siphoned over $5000 out of me for nothing more than a scam. She scams many people out of their money, misappropriates large amounts of monies so she knows how to scam people out of their money. Since she is always high on drugs and liquored up it is no surprize that she is always short on cash and always looking for the next poor sucker to leech of off.
