I ordered a sample of the thin tabs. I checked their terms to see if they aoto shipped . I found nothing . I also went to the link sent to me to try and make sure I had no account pending . I found no support tickets , nothing . months later I am charged 149.95 . When I contacted them I was told I had been enrolled in a program , unknown to me. I also had no choice but to accept this . Their website said you had 30 days to return product for a refund I was told that didn't apply to me . I also tried to contact Brandi and A jason . I am still waiting . I was treated rudly by several people who initially answered the phone and told I could not send back th product and I was stuck , but would have no further shipments. I contacted my bank. They put the money back. Tjen the bank took the money back and over drew my account. Thin tabs told them I had not retuened the product. Of course not . They told me I couldn't. I have also filed a complaint with my state attorney generals office. I am waiting to hear from them. This whole thing has cost me abot 500.00 so far in bank fees and over drafts . I have had to borrow money to cover the fees accessed by the bank to my account

I did just that. I filed a complaint with the FTC. They told me they dont actually go after companies at first. But they do keep a list of complaints and then watch for future complaints. I also did send it back with tracking . And I filed with the attorney general here and I have gotten info of them sending letters to the company . Also if you check the web site you will find they no longer let you order Thin Tabs with out a doctors perscription

You need to write to the Oklahoma State Attorney General, 313 NE 21st. St. Oklahoma City. OK.,73105. Also file an online complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov. I am urging everyone and anyone to do this. These criminals should be stopped. Not only are their so called terms and conditions concealed, but the product is junk. As a fellow victim, I had the bogus free trial pills analyzed by a consumer lab from WCBS, and they are nothing but caffeine; and will do nada for weight loss. I don't know if you can access the report from where you are, but it is on record at WCBSTV. Maybe your attorney can find it. I returned the unauthorized pills, and have post office proof that PE Labs accepted the return, but it didn't do much good. Banks and credit card companies would rather believe that the charges are valid than to take a hard look at this company and all their AKA's and their oxymoronic terms and conditions.
