Think Tek Never returned Tweety Bird and Sylvester Clock after I returned it under warentee consumer fraud ripoff Boca Raton Florida
I bought a total of four (4)Tweety Bird and Sylvester Wall Clocks for friends and family. NONE of them came with the advertised remote control. I called with no returned phone calls to me.
One (1) of the clocks stopped working and I sent it back with the 3-YEAR repllacement guarantee paperwork INCLUDING a US Postal Service check for $9.99. The clock was received at 11:48am on Oct. 4, 2002 in Boca Raton, FL 33431. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYHING FROM THINK TEK. No clock, no call, NOTHING!
I have continually called and have left numerous messages. I am disgusted with THINK TEK! I have called (561) 241-4374, (888) 889-4885 and also (561) 241-2962.
Beacuse I have used a US POSTAL money order to pay for the return freight costs of this clock, maybe I can persue it with the US POSTAL service for help. If the moneyorder has been cashed and no item has been ever sent couldn't this be considered MAIL FRAUD?!
