I saw the ad for "Free trial" and changed my mind after I ordered. According to one of their several copies of "terms and conditions", I could cancel with no problem, if my card hadn't been charged first. I sent an email, and trouble ticket within 5 minutes of ordereing saying I cancelled. Now, I'm pretty sure they don't have the technology to process an order, charge my acct and ship the order all within 20 seconds. And if they DO have the technology, no one at this company is smart enough to use it. I sent them about 18 e mails and "support tickets" and only got the automated answer.

So I called the toll free number and left a message for Brandy, who of course was not at her desk at that moment- or any other moment either. She called me the next morning, and after some searching said she couldn't find my name, any emails or tickets or an order for that matter. Then she tells me that PE labs et al, doesn't handle the thintabs orders and to go to a different website for help. I told her she was joking, how could the info on the thintabs website go directly to PE labset al and she say they are not responsible. She said she would forward my name and concern to thintabs and of course didn't. She also got an attitude when I told her how they don't have a very good rep with the BBB website and an even worse attitude when I mentioned filifng an FBI Internet Fraud Complait against them.

So, I contacted my credit card co and they took the charge off. I got the product a few days later and returned it, as per the credit card co, and cancelled my account and didn't hear anything. Now, today, some 10 days later, I get an answer directing me to some link. These people think they're slick and need to be stopped! They never returned one call after the first, they don't answer any emails-probably because they can't read or write, they are out just to scam people. I got one email today telling me they monitor all activity on their website and in checking my IP they saw I read the terms before hitting submit button which is the biggest crock-I 'm pretty sure they can't do that. And if they could, they are not smart enough to do it! Anyway, this whole thing has made me never want to shop online again!

I really do know that free doesn't mean free and I usually do think first and spend later and I think this is the first, and last, time EVER I entered credit cared info online and I do not know what the heck was the matter with me! I'm not stupid, really, although I don't expect anyone to believe me-I find it hard to believe me! I get so mad at these crooks-they said on oe of their several versions of terms and conditions that people who order from online services such as themselves, then change their minds, cancel orders, refuse to pay ,or demand a refund make it hard for everyone else purchasing online. It makes the business have to raise their prices yada yada yada. I ws cracking up! They are SO sanctimonious! It's the companies like them that make it harder for consumers- when you can't get a refund, get charged for stuff you didn't order, when you can't get ANY resolution, even a phone call or answer to a message, which is what these morons do, well no wonder internet shopping has such a rep! I tell ya, I wil NEVER again use my credit card online!(Mainly because I cancelled it! lol) And for once I'm glad I have no money in my bank acct! I hope others get a clue from this!

You have to understand the language of fraud. Here, let me show you what I mean.

When you see the code words Free trial, it means that they will deduct $39.99 from either your credit card or your checking account. Every month from now on until eternity. Or, until you close the account. Whichever comes first. When they say we will deduct the payment after 15 days, it means they will charge your account while you're still on the phone. They type in your account number and hit submit. Cha-ching. You can cancel with no problem means that there is absolutely no way that they will ever stop deducting money from your account. Of course, they will SAY that they have stopped charging you. That's because they want to get another month or two, before you finally get so mad that you close the account and put a stop to it. We're processing your refund means that they are CHARGING your account quickly, because it's still open. Nobody ever gets a refund. Let's not be silly here. These frauds are in business to steal 'money, not give it back. Trouble ticket and important message both mean the same thing. The company keeps right on charging you until you finally have had enough and close your bank account. You see, if they string everyone along for an extra month or two, it works out to millions of extra dollars each year. By the way, there are a million excuses they can use to string you along. Can't find your number. Misspelled your account name. Refund is in the mail. Computer system is down. You name it, and they will use it on any fool who is dumb enough to give out their credit card number in the first place. Remember, money flows in only one direction. That's out of your bank account and into their grubby little paws. Never the opposite. Good thing that you returned the pills. You do know that a lot of that stuff is ANIMAL pills, right? Let's face it, crooks don't care what they send you. Worm pills. Goat pills. Stuff that's made for farm animals. Who knows? Whatever is cheap; that's what goes in the bottle. You might lose weight. Or, you might end up with a funny discoloration on your horns. And, then they could fall out altogether, leaving a big round bald spot on your head. It all depends on what they sent you and how long you took it. Never a good idea to eat stuff that you buy from a scam. Especially if you're nursing a baby. Looks like this lady is smartening up. Of course, there are still a million other suckers out there who can't wait to give out their account numbers. That's why this nonsense goes on. There are a couple of rules you can follow to avoid this foolishness. THINK first, and SPEND last. Never the other way around. And, every time you see the word free, you already know that somebody is going to ask you for an account number. You might be able to trust the company that gives you a real price before you order. But, you always know that anybody who is using the word free is running a scam. Nobody can afford to give things away for free. Common sense. When the money ends, the fraud ends too. Of course, with a million people who drop everything and start dialing every time they see the word FREE, I really don't see that happening anytime soon, do you?
