I have a beauty supply store in the Bahamas and  I sell MAC cosmetics. My usual supplier did not have the items I wanted so I used the internet to search for another supplier that sold authetic MAC cosmetics. That was when I came across Thrifty Wholesaler  in January 2013, and sent them a request to provide me with their price list, minimum quantity to order and what items where available or in stock at that time.

Ms. Foster confirmed the minimum quantity to be 200 pieces and sent me an email with the prices. We communicated via email back and forth until I finally decided to go ahead and do business with her. She advised that the only method of payment was a bank transfer (which I was very uneasy with) but needed the items that no one else seemed to have at that time except her.

I sent her a isting of what I wanted and asked her to confirm if the items were in stock and the amount of time it would take to ship the items. She confirmed that everthing I requested was in stock and the processing and transit time would be 7-10 days. The total for my order was $2,586.00 and the bank information  was emailed to me to transfer the funds into her account.

This is the information that she emailed to me:

BANK NAME: BBVA COMPASS BANK

BANK PHONE: 214-706-8036

BANK ADDRESS:

8080 N CENTRAL EXPY

DALLAS TX 75206

COMPANY: IRIE ARTS & HOME

SWIFT CODE: CPASUS44

IBAN CODE: 111907445

ACCT#002535824935

9090 Skillman St

Dallas Tx 75243

On March 8th 2013, I wired $2,586 to the above accountand also paid an additional $117.01 for wire transfer fees for a total amount of $2703.01, because I live in the Bahamas and was wiring funds out of the country.

I communicated with the seller from that point on, sending emails, trying to find out when my items will ship. On May 4th, 2013 I sent an email requesting a refund because I had not received the item that I paid for and the seller promised that it would only take 7-10 working days from the payment receipt date. The seller advised that I could not be refunded because she already sent the payment to the warehouse in California and was waiting for them to ship the items to her in Dallas to be shipped out to me in the Bahamas. I explained to Ms. Foster that this was not our agreement and I wanted a refund.

On May 16th, I finally recieved the tracking number and was advised that it would take another 12-14 days to arrive in the Bahamas. On May 21,2013, I received the second tracking number and was advise that two boxes were sent that contained my order and was being shipped via USPS.

On May 27,2013, I tracked the packages and found out that they were leaving Florida and not California or Dallas at Ms. Foster had stated in an earlier email. I inquired via email about this and she replied that some packages are shipped from California or Florida and that she was misinformed.

On June 5th, 2013 almost three months after payment, I received the shipment and it was not complete. The shipment was off by $1,382.00 worth of merchandise that I did not receive. I was furious and emailed her immediately. She advised that she would check with the warehouse and get back to me.

On June 5th, 2013, I sent Ms. Foster an email with the merchandise quantities that were missing. On July 17, 2013, she advised that the missing items have been reordered and warehouse would send the missing items out  within 1 week. To date ( August 15, 2013) I have not received the merchandise nor a refund, nor can I get into contact with Ms Foster as she does not respond to my emails or voice messages that I have left.

Ms. Kellman admitted she received two boxes anyone that is familiar with the US postal service knows that the medium falt rate box holds 19 lbs and the large flat rate will hold up to 35lbs.  Ms Kellman stated she received 2 boxes 1 weighing 6lbs and the other weighing 3lbs USPS would not have accepted the boxes as flat rate priority parcel post they would have recommended to pack all the items in one medium size box to protect it during shipping.  How would you have received all your foundations if the boxes weighed 3 lbs and 6 lbs  all the cosmetics would have been  damaged as the boxes would be crushed  by bigger and heavier boxes during transit.

The boxes that I received was 6lbs and the other 3lbs for a total of 9lbs.

There is no way that the amount of cosmetics I ordered would only weigh 9lbs. I

ordered 71 studio fix powders, 30 studio fix fluid foundation (which are in

glass bottles so they are not light), 15 mineralize skinfinish powders, 30

lipsticks, 51 lipgloss and 6 eyeshadows. So please tell me how in the world did

they manage to ship all of these items in two boxes weighing only 6lbs and 3lbs

respectively. I will scan and attach the postal slips showing the exact weight

of the boxes at the time of shipment. So who would have stole the items,.....

only the person dropping of the boxes.

Lynette Kellman received all the cosmetics she purchased .  It took a little longer than expected to ship the orders because there was a lot more orders ahead of Lynette's order,  all the mac cosmetics she purchased from our company was sent and received by her.
