"Kelly at Thrive Market" <[email protected]> Kelly, Member Services Ambassador, ignored my emails of 3/8/16 requesting they look into non-delivery. Marina Del Rey California
I bought 4 food items on 2/29/16 from Thrive Market on the Internet (as a trial membership). I was supplied a FedEx tracking number, but no package was ever delivered to my home address in Florida. But the tracking number disclosed that the package was delivered by UPS and arrived in Batesville, IN on 3/07/16. Kelly, Member Services Ambassador sent me two (2) e-mails asking if I was 100% happy with my order. I replied both times I had never received the order and would Thrive Market, who already had my credit card payment, investigate and also cancel my trial membership. I have not heard from Thrive Market by 3/10/16.
