This all started on 08/19/09 when I purchased a power leveling package of $189.99 from thsale.  I was told it would take 19 days.  I figured it would not, with things on the internet being what they are, so I figured I would give them a few days extra and call it even.  After 45 days, and my character being only level 29, I was fed up.  I spoke to them via live chat, emailed the manager, I called, and I emailed every email address they have listed on their website and on their paypal page.  I got nowhere.  I even tried to recover my money from paypal and my bank by filing a fraud charge against them, but on both accounts all I received was a "too bad, so sad" and nothing else.  2 months went by, with me emailing the "manager" everyday, and finally in late November, I got somewhere.  They agreed to start the process again, and power level my account from 1-80 without the package deal.  At this point, I thought 'great, I'll take anything.'  They tell me it will take 16-17 days.  After 16 days, my account was level 49.  I thought, 'better than last time...' so I started chatting with them over live chat every day.  

After 25 days, my account was suspended due to selling gold, according to Blizz.  So I screamed at them via chat, and they apologized saying "our levelers are professional and would never do such a thing" in their broken-english-typing way.  The three days go by, and I get them the password again, with them promising to "take greater care" this time around.  After 35 days, my account is level 79.  And then it was banned.  The same day it hit 79.  They claim that someone kicked them off, and changed the password.  Well, I can tell you with the password I chose, it was not accidently guessed, and I do not log into that account, because it is my back up account, not my main account.  I have been fighting with them since that day, and all they do is shut off the live chat and ignore my messages.  I gave them 72 hours to refund my money or give me a leveled account, or I report them to IC3, Interpol, and the FBI's internet crime division.  It is interenet fraud, theft, and a complete scam.  I paid good money, all I got was aggrivation and a major headache in return.  If I do not hear anything from them in 72 hours, I will be dedicating a website to their honor, and posting every single email that I have received and sent to them since August.  They have been warned, and I will simply not take it any longer.
