It was back in April and I saw a commercial that the blue man group would be in Kansas City MO at the starlight theater in sept. So I remember seeing them in Vegas and loved them so in fear of them selling out I went to the Internet right away. I have a 7 year old grandson and my daughter who I knew would just love this type of show. So I typed in blue man group starlight theater Kansas City And a few choices came up. Well I remember selecting the one whip said starlight BlueMan group. Somebody by the name of Chelsea took my call never mentioning Galaxy. So I told her how excited I was and that I wanted great seats close to the stage and I was willing to pay for great seats. I even told her about taking my grandson. 

She sent them fed ex took about a month for me to get them. When I got them I couldn't believe my eyes. The tickets werent even in my name and it said ticket price $24 service charge $5. especially when they charged my credit card $563.64 there Was no other sheet if paper saying where the rest of my money went plus that was the 1st time hearing the name Galaxy ticket. So I call starlight they tell me the seats I got were in the back and all the way to the left. Also starlight says they don't use third party sellers. So she said for the price I paid I could be in the third row so I bought 4 more tickets from the actual starlight theater 3rd row seats. And called my credit card to dispute the charge well it took forever. And I'm not sure what ticket Galaxy did but they won and so I'm stuck with 8 tickets 4 that I want to use and the other 4 that no one would want to pay what I did for them. I have them forsale on eBay thinking if the show sells out that maybe someone will pay alittle more. I called ticket galaxy and asked for this Annmarie Seitz (that's the name that's on the tickets) and they asked who's calling well I hadn't thought that far ahead so I said Jennifer with Bank of America well whoever had answered the phone freaked out and hung up on me. 

Ok so this is what sickens me if you type in there name online there are so many complaints about how others were riped off. This has to stop. I mean how can they pocket over $400 from my sale alone. And flat out lie about never never knew I wasn't dealing with starlight till I got the tickets in the mail. And then to see how many other people there are going through what I am. I'm at a loss. The shows tomorrow night I'm not sure if I should try and sell the tickets or hang on to them hopping I get my money back. There still on the Internet I saw were there trying to sell maroon 5 tickets. I've called the attorney general the BBB seven my local news station called problem solvers. Then I found you guys. I even typed a warning on my Facebook page and they sent me back a were sorry letter. I feel helpless I really thought my credit card would denie them the $ but that didn't happen. This was suppose to be a wonderfull memory taking my daughter and grandson. And I'm sure we'll still have fun. But this will allways be in the back of my mind. I truely hope that you can at least shine some light on there name. So that other people don't have to go through this. Moneys tight for alot of people and I'm no exception.
