 Sold tickets that were suppose to include VIP Section seating, lounge, red carpet VIP entrance, and VIP parking. What we got was the seating and lounge. They told us to go spend more money and buy another set of parking passes when they forgot to send it to us. In addition they then questioned why we did not park our car walk into the concert where we were supposed to have direct parking next to an entrance by our seats. We were dressed for a VIP night and walked through gravel for over a mile in hers for a regular entrance. It was horrible because the rudeness from Jiffy Lube theater in Manasas Va added to the frustration. We paid a nice amount of money for this and only got half of what we asked for. Complete email chain of communication can be provided. He provided a number that he had turned off! And their main number is sketchy as heck. They give no address or direct number to contact at all. Service fees were horrible. I would not purchase from again and recommend ppl not use ticket front and check to see if ticketcampo is the service provider before paying.

The ticket to the concert has the parking right on it.

I told customer all they had to do was show the event ticket to the parking attendent and they would allow them in the VIP parking.

Some other people going to show had hang tags but with these tickets that is not needed.
