I bought 4 tickets to an event at very inflated prices and was charged a huge service fee of $360. They masked themselves as tickets sales for the venue and had no affliation.
The tickets burned when my house burned to the ground in the Napa fire. I notified Ticketofficesales of my issue and they refused to reissue the tickets.
Yes, I learned a big lesson never to use this agent again. Be warned they are a total ripoff.
