I purchased tickets to thyphoon lagoon in Orlando but never received them. I called them and they said that once the tickets leave their hands it is up to UPS and was advised to contact UPS, which I did. UPS confirmed the delivery location, even mentioning the corner street on the side of my house. I call company back to see of they could cancel tickets and reissue. And the response was no that I needed to put in a claim with UPS, which I told them it was already done and they confirmed delivery but I still didn't have my tickets. I said that I was out over $200 and the very rude customer service responded with: "how is that our fault?" I replied that I wasn't blaming anybody but that I thought they would be able to cancel the issued tickets and send new ones. The answer remained negative. I asked to speak with a manager. I was kept on the phone over an hour to be told that the rep spoke to the manager and that the manager said that once the tickets leave the facility it is out of their hands. I was also advised to contact my bank. WHAT? I made a legitimate purchase... or so I think. Meanwhile I am short over $200 and my kids haven't been able to go to the park. Horrible experience. Never again.
