After ordering tickets to Tony Bennett for my parents' anniversary, I noticed that the status was always listed as "processing" and the estimated ship date kept changing to tomorrow's date. I tried calling (good luck not waiting at least 15 min on hold) and got someone on the line who said she would check with shipping. I waited again on hold and suddenly was cut off when the phone system said I was being transferred to a mailbox that (of course) could not take messages.

After calling back, I got Brock on the phone who informed me that my tickets (surprise, surprise) were no longer available and that, had I read the terms of service on the website, I would understand all of the risks I was assuming by utilizing their website for the purchase of tickets!! So, right from the horse's mouth, this company has its representatives say to customers that it is our fault for buying from them. I guess I can only say, AMEN.

THIS IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF COMPANY WHICH IS PROBABLY SET UP IN A STRIP MALL NEXT TO A STRIP CLUB BEHIND CIRCUS CIRCUS HERE IN LAS VEGAS. IF YOU ARE STUPID ENOUGH (LIKE I WAS) TO USE THEIR "SERVICES" THEN BE READY TO GET WHAT YOU DESERVE--NO TICKETS, A FIGHT OVER YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGES AND A GREAT DEAL OF HEADACHE AND AGGRAVATION IN EXCHANGE FOR YOUR TIME.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

After having gone through this process with this particular company, I would still ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. Here's why: 1. To get any updates on my tickets, I had to contact "customer service" which is a NIGHTMARE with this company due to looooong hold times, obviously poorly trained phone staff and frequent disconnections while on hold with a live person. 2. I consider it BAIT AND SWITCH when I believed I had purchased Row F-Center Stage tickets only to be told four days later that these tickets were now unavailable, but I could purchase "comparable tickets" for even more money. 3. The tickets I purchased (the second time) finally arrived today, and they are indeed Row E (one row better), but NOT center stage and they cost me an additional $44.00, so you be the judge. Was it worth the added hassle and trouble to get these blessed tickets? Not in my book. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PICK A BETTER COMPANY!!!
