On Wednesday, April 15, 2015 I contacted Tiffany Farless regarding a horse she had advertised on HorseClicks.com.  The grey mare named WINTER was described as:  "Gorgeous-Dead-broke-trail-horse"   We had some connection problems on the phone so we continued our conversation via text, which is good because I have it all in my phone.  She continued to describe the horse as an animal that would work for our family. Calm trail horse anyone can ride, she said she had the horse for 2 years and is selling her because her daughter got another horse she wants to concentrate on riding and could not have 2 horses. I told her we would fly to TN to come see the horse, she said she would be sold by then....several people coming to get her....I fell for it.  I did get the horse to a local vet to be checked out.  The vet has since shared some convern that the horse may have been drugged prior to the visit.

I felt ok with the health of the horse and proceeded with the purchase and transportation arrangements.  When the horse arrived here in Colorado she was terrified, skitish, we could not touch her.  We led her to a pen and let her calm down for a couple days.  When we tried to catch her, we couldn't she was pacing and running from us.  Once we did catch her we couldn't touch her face, she got so upset she reared up and nearly trampled me.  I looked at her paperwork and noticed a different owner listed on the COGGINS test dated March 7, 2015.  I was alarmed immediately I thought "she sold me someone else's horse!"  I found owner listed on the paperwork and sent her a message to try to get more information about this horse and what we are dealing with AND to confirm she was no longer the owner. She replied with this:

"She is not dead broke. That is why I sold her as I need a beginner horse. She is very well trained as a racking horse however she was abused before we got her and we didn't know that until after I got her. She hates to be caught and took us three months to get her to come to us with food. She is extrememly head shy and is a weaver if she is stalled and hates being stalled. She is for an intermediate to advanced rider. The girl you bought her from put her for sale the day after she came out and got her from me after riding her for 2 and half hours. She would be an awesome racking horse in shows for the experienced rider but is definitely not dead broke..Because of her being head shy and her nervousness with a stall she talked me down from 1000 to 450. Then sold her  for much more.  I am so sorry you were misled.

Winter is a great girl and when she gains your trust, she will let you near her and let you touch her head. Winter has to be approached on the left at the beginning if you touch her back and work your way up to her head she is good. I had to keep a halter on her though to make it easier.  My husband has ridden her and caught her but did have to use food and did get her on the trail as well. I did not learn until after she was sold that the family that sold her to you buys and sells horses for quick turn around. Had I known, I would have not sold Winter to them. I just want her to have a good home and I am not one to hide facts so situations like you are in do not occur. A lifftle further background is that we got Winter from Auction in December.  We had her until she bought her the day before she was advertised for sale. So you are definitely correct, she has not had her for two years. Thank you for reaching out. Again I am sorry they misled you."

I contacted Tiffany again and let her know I was aware of what she had done, she falsified information in order to de-fraud innocent "beginner" horse buyers.  I did further research online and ffound she has done this to several people.  There is a post on RipoffReport.com:

**BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE**.---Its not necessary for us to go into length of detail on this seller who is: A dishonest horse trader. Just take a look for yourself on the LONG list of alias names she has gone under through the past years as you can see. That should be enough to realize how Angela Lawson runs and hides and WOW so many different living locations too. Always on the move, always lies. This seller needs to be stopped selling what she ALWAYS CALLS BEGINNER SAFE< DEAD BROKE < KID SAFE < HUSBAND SAFE > GRANDMA SAFE> Only to get someone seriously hurt OR killed. By such misrepresentation and drugging to "get the sale done". THIS IS SUCH A CRYING SHAME THAT ANY SELLER WOULD BE SO HIGHLY DISHONEST ABOUT HORSES THEY SELL. Ms Lawson we found you again. ..... Run and change your name again. We will not stop finding you. Here are pict   ures of her horse she is selling NOW---once again have a look > wow its another BEGINNER SAFE HORSE with stolen pictures ! WOW. GET A JOB safe a life !!

She is a pro and has contacts at the slaughter auctions and other horse auctions that are helping her identify horses that look good and she can resale.  She knows the loop holes in the Paypal payment system so buyers cannot dispute the transactions.  She has several alias' as indicated in the RipoffReport.

She needs to be stopped this is a terrible and unsafe scam.

ANGELA LAWSON IS SELLING ON now on FB gaited horses for under 800.00

#2Consumer Comment

Sat, April 30, 2016

Angela lawson and Tiffany Farless are now selling on FB under Gaited horses for under 800.00.

You can see two ads they have up now.

Call the Tennessee AG dep now.  Talk with the head Veterinarian (It was Jill a few years ago).

Call the Tennessee Veterinary commission.

Call the Tennesse District Attorneys office

She knows all about Angela, busted her for collecting Welfare and not turning in earnings from selling horses online for cash/paypal.  Angela is committing fraud in so many ways.  Advertising fraud by stating she has had the horse for years, or its her daughters horse, or its a friends horse (kid broke, broke to death).

Breaking the laws of the State: Consumer protection act.

Misrepresenting expressed or implied, deceptive trade practices, making misreprestations to height, year of age, lenght of ownership, rideability, health.

Misrepresenting guarantee to right or remedies.

Failing to disclose concerns on injuries, training, ownership history,

Aliases of names, farms,

Failing to disclose above information if known by the consumer at the time of transaction, would potentially cause the consumer to not enter into the transaction.

Failing to honor guarantee/warranty to consumer

Sedating or medication a horse to appear calm prior to inspection by the consumer or veterinarian.

Causing confusion or misunderstanding as to the owner or ownership of the horse to the consumer.

Selling or transfering ownership of a horse with health problems, suspected of health problems, including but not limied to hoof problems, laminites, lame, skin lesions, - not disclosed at transaction.

Selling or transfering owenership of a horse with behavioral problems, or suspected of having any behavior problems, unless disclosed to consumer in writing or verbally at time of transaction

Failing to provide proper bill of sale, documents of history on the horse, veterinary documents.

Failing to provide proper documents on coggins.  Giving coggins documents that are expired.

Look up State of Texas VS. Patricia Wilson  -  State of TX prosecuted her for doing the same misrepresentations that Angela Lawson and Tiffany Farless have been doing for over 7 years.

Angela swaps horses with Carolyn Smith out of Alexandria Tennessee.  They both get horses from the local auctions. They change the age of the horse in ads on all the horse selling websites.  Horseville, equinenow, golsn, FB site gaited horses under 800.00 , dreamhorse.

They change up the pictures, Names, story of the horse. We have seen they even photoshop the pictures and used other peoples pictures of their own horses.

We have seen they change the names, age, pictures, storie  of a horse in their own ads after a few weeks of the horse not selling.

They prey on the unknowing and the people that live far away, that cannot come see the horse.

Put the info together to contact me.
