We purchased mats from this company on April 20th. They took our money and still have not shipped product. They were great when taking our order but as soon as they had our money they stopped responding to phone calls and emails. If we got someon ont he phone they just contunues to give us the run around and send us to their viocemail system. Here we are on June 30th and they still have not issued a refund and will not respond to our emails. See below:

After countless failed attempts at reaching anyone at Tiffin Mats I would like to request a refund in the full amount of $1,450. The first time I was contacted by Tiffin Mats was for payment of an online order #9620 that I had placed. Michael Anderson took my payment in the amount of $1,450 on 4/20/2016 and told me the mats would be deliveredwithin 3 weeks of purchase date. After being told the mats would be shipped shortly and no mats were delivered by 5/20/2016, 4 weeks after the purchase date, I called Tiffin mats at 1-800-843-3467 and was directed to a voicemail from a sales representative, were I stated

I wanted a full refund of my purchase since they still had not been delivered! I left 5 more voicemails with the customer service department and so did my Assistant Manager Jason Span totaling 6 times that your company failed to return my messages from 5/20/2016-6/20/2016. I went online and noticed that your customer service rating with the BBB is an F and it is no wonder why. Many people have had this same exact thing happen to them. It has now been 2 months since my order from Tiffin and I only now was able reach someone who I spoke with today. She told me the person assigned my order no longer works with Tiffin Mats. She was giving me negative attitude the entire time and played dumb when it came to my phone calls. I would like a full refund processed  IMMEDIATELY and a receipt provide with the refund.

 

Alwasy purchasing using your credit card and do not do ACH transactions. Seems they know exactly what they are doing. At this point it seems that Tiffin is not going to respond as it has not as of yet. If we want our money returned we are goign to have to get a lawyer and spend more money to get our money back. Warning to anyone that is purchasing mats to not buy from this company. It seems the CEO of this company believes in stealing from hardworking businesses.
