I have been writing with Tiger for the last two months. I ordered a barebone kit and a monitor for a total of 968.37 with 205 in rebates due. They will not refund my rebates that are du. The time frame lapsed due to incorrect product shipped and missing parts. I haev fought with them since April 9.

After trying to contact the 800 number I spoke with a rep that I explained my situation to. He asked to place me on hold to speak with his manager. I wasnt on hold more the 30 seconds and he came back on saying were not giving you the rebates so ship the computer back. How can you tell a situation in that short of time???? He didnt talk to his supervisor he put me on hold and talk to the person next to him.

Okay fine I talked to my IT person and he said fine tell them we are shipping it back not taking it apart. That was done on April 18. Finally got a response to day saying and I quote:

I emailed the [email protected] like requested on Friday May 11 and have not heard anything. I have not even gotten a generic email back stating they received it. I have a feeling this email address is a blackhole email and is given to people just so they think some one is working on their issue. I have a meeting with the bank tomorrow to fill out the paperwwork to dispute my charges. Has anyone gotten any results from emailing this email?

I received an updated email tonight and it states Dear Valued Customer: Unfortunately we are unable to issue returns after 30 days of purchase as posted on our return policy on the back of your invoice or packing slip. Thank you for visiting our website. We at Tiger Direct appreciate your business. If you have further inquiries and reply to this email, please make sure to include your entire message, so we can address it appropriately. Sincerely, Rachael TigerDirect.com Web Response If they really appreciated my business they would help resolve my claim. I also called them tonight and told the rep that i was recording this call since things change every 5 minutes. Keep in mind I started the call asking for a supervisor and was denied. The rep had me on hold for 52 minutes and not once checked back I finally hung up. I have filed complaints on: BBB Ripoffreports.com Bizrate ConsumerAffairs Florida Consumer Services FTC
