I ordered a Hewlett-Packard R927 digital camera for a total of $299.96 including tax, postage & handling from TigerDirect with the advertised promise of a $100.00 rebate. I carefully filled out and included all of the specified requirements listed on their Rebate Form. TigerDiorect's rebate Department denied the rebate claiming the 12 digit UPC number was not included. This number was included and they have conveniently claimed it is missing. Tiger Direct has either lost the info, or probably, are deliberately lying inorder to disqualify my claim for the advertised rebate. Contacting their Rebate Department has not produced an acknowledgement or satisfaction
