On February 24, 2005 the Sales Manager of TigerDirect e mailed me that TigerDirect would credit my Discover card the $60 that Sceptre refused to pay. This was done and I want to say that TigerDirect stood up and did the right thing before I had to contact the Attorney General's offices. Although it took 4 months to get my $60 I am relieved that the wait is over. I will again be their customer, but I will NEVER buy anything from them that comes with a rebate, though.
