I bought a truck but the employee falsified my loan application and stole the truck back at night. He refused to pay me back my down payment claiming I did not qualify for loan even though he said I qualified and had me sign papers. I sued in Broward County 17 th District Court in FL and I won my case. Judge ordered the owners to pay me back my life savings. TIM DUVAL & ELIZABETH DUVAL refused to pay me back claiming they re not responsible for their employees who have criminal records and intimidate people who complain. They had to pay for multiple violations to the DMV Divis. Of Licensing. I notified Court TV to get my case on TV. They called me back. Thank you ripoff report for allowing me to tell my story and warn others.

I won my case in August 2017 . They refuse to pay me my money back even though the judge ordered them to!
Now months after the filing deadline they hired a lawyer who put in a bullshit motion. Lying about their name . Even though I got proof how they keep changing names and ownership. It s one family rotating the name of registered agent. I contacted other plaintiffs who won their case and never saw their money either. This company lies in court.
