I am being told that tim is related to Sheriff Joe. Could that be true? Might help explain how he has gotten away with all this stuff for so long.

Well it sounds like You have issues. Do You realize that by lashing out at Tim, that You are only making Yourself look bad. Just let the chips lay were they fall. Let Him have it all and walk away. How about that Special Olympics joke? That came from a person with a very low self esteem. You know who that sounds like? I hope You do go for all that is coming to You. All these Years Tim talked like He had such big powerful Attorneys. He talked like He was a big time winner in the court system. Then You look in the court records and see just what a loser He is. It is amazing that He has tried to beat so many people out of there money. Only to pay Court cost and Attorney fee's to boot. No wonder He is in Bankruptcy. The new owner's of this company must really be proud of there new business associate. They are learning new ways to do business. Don't be intimidated by Him. Go all the way.

Well Tim boy, You lied, cheated and stole my tools, my motor home, my Bronco, not to mention illegally put a restraining order on me. You tried Your best to put me in prison. It didn't work, did it? Which You illegally put a restraining order against me and kept everything I owned. (3) Law suit for slander. Saying I have aide's. That's a bunch of bull. (4) Court days testifying on Your Com Check spree. (5) Going to court with the two ladies You sexually assaulted. The only reason they didn't take You to court is they thought it might jeopardize my job. (6) Maybe I should go talk to Fed-X and tell them about how they needed a $50 clutch adjustment and You kept the truck for a week.. You told them somebody had put the clutch plait in backwards. Then You charged the $1800 for the job. How stupid can You be? I have a good job now. Making almost twice what I did working for You. Now I can afford an attorney. You better give serious thought or You are going to loose this business and end up in prison.

So I have been reading through all of the rip off reports concerning this individual, and it seems that "heneedsprison" has commented on almost all of them. Could it be that maybe some of these reports are felonious as one person obviously has so much time on his hands to be able to respond to each and every post almost all with multiple comments? and in one he even says he's the let me get it right ex wife's brother? Knowing neither of the parties involved don't you think that your overzealous responses, harsh even should I say threatening words might come off looking like you have your own personal vendetta? You lost all credibility with Them. The D.A. and the Judge decided to go with the first agreement. Moron Hopefully they will inform the State of Arizona as to what They have found about Him. It would certanly be a moral obligation and I would think a leagal obligation as well. They also informed Les that Arizona can not arrest Him for anything haveing to do with this case like," fightingback," states. That would be , Double Jepordy. He likes to lie and talk. The walls are slowly comeing in on Tim. I wrote the Governor, Maricopa County Sheriff, the Maricopa County Attorney and the State of Arizona Attorney General. I got a letter from the Governor's office thanking me for the information. I got a letter from the County Attorny, stateing that they only worked active cases, that I should contact the Attorny General. I did. The address is www.azag.gov. . They responded promptly with a letter stateing that they would investigate and even gave it a case number. I know of at least one other that has written Them. Every one should write them. It would show more contempt and pick up the pace. Let every one know that goes to work for Him to keep records of Their time for evedence in court. Tim has a new partner now, that very well may have some money. When His money starts going out on stupid law suites and His name starts getting plastered all over the Maricopa County records He will probably turn on Tim as well. Hope He is smart enough to do it before He looses everything like so many others have.

You say Les ruined a very lovely ladies life. If You thought she was so lovely, why didn't You treat Her like she was? The thing I remember most about You is the way You treated Her. How She worked harder than You did at work, then would come home and cook dinner, clean the house, do the laundry , the shopping and the many other things that needed done. You would set on Your dead butt and yell for Her to bring You this or that. You did nothing to help out. You blaimed Her for all that went wrong and took credit for all that went well. Now You are jealous because Les cut Your puppit strings. I remember well when Alana wanted to go to marage counsiling. You refused. You said the counseler would only agree with You.
