tim richardson tr roofing top line roofing tr roofing and construction took 3100 for roof deposit and after many excuses, simply quit answering or responding and did not give money back dfw Texas
Tim Richardson was contacted to look at 2 roofs and siding after a storm. He went out and said it was totalled. I had insurance company come out and they agreed. I came to an agreement with tim richardson (tr roofing and construction) and gave half up front for materials. He took the money and after many failed attempts to do the work, he has quit answering and did not return my 3100. HIs website is dfwroofsolutions.com and he mentions things like having a fleet of radio dispatched service trucks, etc so seems legit but he is a fraud.

TR was unable to complete work they were contracted to do because of a family situation, which was siding repair and reroofing of two homes.. They have paid a portion of the 3100 deposit back and will make another payment minus work completed, which was tarping a roof and small siding repair.

Here is solid proof that we have refunded the customers money minus the work that we did perform and as a sign of good faith and charcter after dealing with family members in the hospital. We were unable to complete the work for the amount of money that the customer wanted to pay and this was explained to the customer along with the fact that I had family members in the hospital back to back and actually having and making time to deal with the refund and repayment due to the discrepancy and conflict . We did not take his money and run .We did perform part of the work and have pics for proof of the work we did and we also have time invested in the project prior to starting the work we did do.We have never taken money from a customer and not do any work and have been trusted with alot more funds than this project on commercial jobs . I have the pics as proof of payment refund and will post that proof if it lets me but there is also proof on another review site if not . No one is perfect and sometimes there are disagreements in both work and personal facets of life and this is one of those moments . The consumer of the report here is supposed to be updating this to reflect that we in fact did issue a partial payment as agreed. Thanks
