After reading another Ripoff Report about Tim Sowell and DLC Network.com I decided to reply to that report and post my own experience with Tim Sowell, Zolian Zoong Lwe & DLCnetwork.com here on Ripoff Report.com in an effort to warn others about these bold face liars.
I was with DLC for over a year and it was nothing but hassle after hassle!!!
When I first signed up Tim Sowell told me that he would get me a Virginia Dealer License as Virginia is my home state.
When the license came through it was from Alabama. I called Tim Sowell and he said I had to be on the Alabama dealership until a spot became available in Virginia. He said it should be 2 months at most.
Three months after signing up, DLC then swithed me to another Alabama dealership and Tim Sowell again assured me I would be placed on a VA dealership within a month.
Another few months went by and AGAIN I was placed on yet another Alabama Dealership!!!!!!!!
Each time I was switched to another Alabama dealership it was a huge hassle because I had to re-do my auction access. I also had to close down my dba bank account and reopen another one in the new dealership name.
The last Alabama Dealership that DLC Network had me on was North Star Auto Group and the service was as horrible as the previouse Alabama dealerships Tim Sowell placed me on!!!
Sometimes it took 2 to 3 weeks to process paperwork and I lost many sales because customers don't want to wait for paperwork. I actually had to refund 8 deals in the year I was with them because of late paperwork.
When I came across another Ripoff Report on DLCNetWork.com, Tim Sowell and Zolian Zoong Lwe I felt I had to respond because of all the "FAKE" rebuttals that was posted to that RipOffReport. It is so obvious that all the "goodie-two-shoes" responses to that report are all fake and were most likely posted by Tim Sowell himself.
One of the rebuttal sounds like it was written by some Indian schmuck who doesn't know proper english grammar. Tim Sowell and Zolian Zoong Lwe have most likely hired an "reputation management" company to combat the Rip-Off Reports that are piling up against them.
This reportl is real and I'm happy to speak with anyone who is thinking about joining DLCNETWORK.COM and share the hoirrible experiences I have had with them but Ripoff Report wipes out phone numbers and emails that are posted, otherwise I would leave my contact info.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your dealer license.
