On November 11, 2015 I was deceived and swindled by Tim Stapp. He knocked on our door and inquired if he could give us a free estimate on new windows. My husband and I are both retired and have lived in our home for over 35-years. Our home did need new windows so we invited him into our back-yard so he could measure and provide us with a free estimate. An hour and a half later he had come up with an estimate of window replacements for a total of $5,665.00.
Tim Stapp asked for 50% down so he could place an order and assured us, after providing us with an invoice which included labor & material for a 90 Day price guarantee, our windows would be installed before our Family Holiday party Christmas Day. This was going to a Christmas present to both my husband and I.
Weeks past with no word, my husband and I began to worry, we attempted several times to reach Tim Stapp by phone, leaving dozens of voice messages with no response. I then did a simple Google search of Tim Stapp and discovered we were not his first victims. I have filed a police report and will continue to pursue legal action until I get back my money. This man can not continue to take advantage of people, I pray upon trusting people, and needs to be stopped and help accountable for his lies.

To give the rest of the story, as it states in the contract that you authorized while I was at your home, ROI PROGRAMS of Arizona LLC is not the contractor, we are the sales and marketing arm for the contractor listed in your contract with the license number provided. Upon consummation of your contract it was provided to the contractor listed in your agreement, as you know your home was pre-measured for the windows that were sold to you on behalf of the contractor that your contract was assigned to. I'm very sorry but they did not follow through with the agreement that was given to them. There was an investigation on this matter and myself and ROI was relieved all of these accusations because we were not the responsible party under contract to perform the work on your home.
