Timothy Kevin Davis owes over $35,111.95 in back child support as of 9/26/06. Mr. Davis was ordered to pay only $100.00/month for child cupport in 1979. He has only made 22 payments this entire time and the majority of these were collected when he filed for Unemployment. I've have worked with numerous District Attorney-Family support services, private attornies, and private investigators, to no avail. Tim Davis worked (may currently still work) for Americhem Engineering, 3430 East Broadway Rd., Phoenix, AZ, 85040-2832 from as early as 1990 approximately which was verified through personnel on 1/21/93. As of 9/14/04 This company states he no longer works there. We believe Americhem is covering up for him because Mr. Davis uses AmeriChems address for his own personal address. When a call is made asking for Mr. Davis, the first thing they ask is "who is calling and what is this regarding", then state he's not there.
My son is now grown, and has a son of his own. My son cannot comprehend how any man can abandon his own flesh & blood. I am very fortunate to say that my son has grown to be an outstanding citizen. He worked 3 jobs to put himself through college and now works as a Peace Officer. I know Dog-The Bounty Hunter and his team could find this dead-beat dad. I have run out of resources to locate Mr. Davis. Too many people/relatives are covering up for him. I would truly appreciate any help possible.
