The cover letter which arrived with my package was an apology letter stating that my package was late due to the fact that they had been relocating their offices from New York to California. How is it that a company that's been so busy relocating has two separate addresses on its letterhead already? And this isn't letterhead, it's common printer paper just xeroxed off. Also, I have no idea where the mail has to be routed through in that area, but it's postmarked Santa Clarita, CA, and instead of a postage machine, it's got two different kinds of tacky hand-licked stamps on the envelope. A business doing THAT much $$$ income would be using a postage machine, I can assure you. These folks are swindlers from the word go -- all the signs are there, once I started really paying attention.
