tireplus rude people, company gives you a quote online and they don't have merchandise at any location miami Florida
I got a quote from tireplus.com and they assigned you a location to go and install your tires as selected, when I got there I wwas told those tires where not in stock so the guy offer a more expensive tire of course, very good sell tactic, I called other locations and no one has the tires that tireplus is offering you online, since I was already there I told the guy to give me a quote that could match what tireplus offer me since they do not mention anything about the tires not been in stock , he said there is nothing I can do , I can give you a price for the next closet tire price , my quote went from $332 to $428 that I end up paying, since I didnt want to be driving around and calling more locations since I at that point I already called 4 places , I told him to go ahead and install the tires,
I left my car and a few minutes after a very rude person called me claiming that I made a mistake that the tires I asked dont fit my car, I told him that their webiste provide me with that info after they quote me the tires and his answer was , well those tires dont fit in your car not even in pictures! so I breeze in and I said then what is the price for the tires you are saying and he said $4 more per tire, art this point I was already upset for all the trouble but the car was already with the tires down and I said to go ahead and do it, then I got another call from someone esle saying my car need aligment that cost $90 and they would give me a courtesy discount of $20 , that is no courtesy discount that is what it says it cost at the website, at the end I end up paying $512 !!!!
compare to the original $332 , very good way to ripoof people they are using, I asked the rude cuaban tall guy to tell me the total and his answer was i would come out on the screen at the time you have to pay, really?? so you cahrge me more and you can not tell me the total verbally before I pay? what kind of business people are these ? my piece of advice , shop around , and if you find a better price stay awasy from tireplus, they have horrible customer service specially at this miami location, firestone was giving me same price for a better tire unfortunatedly I find out too late . Very unhappy with the service and result, tire wheels where dirty from the grease on the mechanic hands fingerprints and finger all over the rims. Horrible!! would never ever go back to tireplus.
