This roofing/construction company needs to be stopped. On February 20, 2017 they installed a new roof on our home. They were supposed to also install full gutters and screens.
First of all, the day they delivered the pallet of shingles, we prepared the driveway for the delivery. The Project Manager, Mike, had the truck go through our yard and put the pallet very close to the house. Toby Richard, the owner of TJR was there that day and promised they would fix our yard to exactly like it was, before they destroyed it.
Since the installation, we have been complaining to them with 20 or more conversations, that we need to have the yard fixed and the gutters and window screens completed. Here it is 6 months later, and the yard is still destroyed and the screens and the last gutter have not been installed.
We gave them the deadline of August 20th. Now they have blocked our phone numbers and can no longer be contacted. We gave them a total of 3 checks to total $13,000 for the whole job, and they promised in March to complete the last few things of the guttter and screens and to fix the yard.
More than a dozen people have fallen in the holes/ruts they created. Some of the people want to sue us for their sprained ankles.
I am so hoping and praying that this company does not get hired by any of our Texas coastal residents. They come across as "Good old Boys" to get you to trust them, but they are just "The Best Rip Offs."
We are now out over $2,500 from the damage and the cost of the items they failed to install.
