10/17 Update: Tober's VP Ami Steinfeld emailed us back saying that he will not deal with us and should not be expected to give hourly updates because we were disrupting their business and posting negative reviews on the internet. I mean come on, we respectfully called and inquired several times per week until the last few days. This is the first communication from them in over two weeks. Rather than man up to fix the problem he dodged it and blamed it on us bugging them and a problem with a vendor. I'm a reasonable person, all you have to do is answer me and help me fix the problem. I've waited silently and patiently for 4.5 months. Ami, since you're reading this and I finally have your attention: Fix the issue and release our goods and I'll be happy to correct all criticism of Tober on this and other websites. I'd be really happy to be wrong about this and have you guys give me my stuff which I paid for months ago.
