Together Dating Ripoff mislead no background check on clients one year of letters told I would get refund never did New York
Over one year fighting for a refund from together dating in new york. I was deceived into believing background checks were done on clients, not true. I never stepped foot in the new york office, I have never been seen! Membership was done over the phone and paid with credit card. I was matched with a 65yr old I was 52. I was matched with a man of Tibetian culture and had absoultly nothing in common. I was sent four matches of which three I had nothibg in common. I requested a refund and that's when this run around by mr. gomez started. I came to find out that his agency is not nationwide, he said it was. I found out more then mr. gomez wished I had and I told him of my findings. I have a message mr. gomez left on my home phone, scary, he went on a long time and not happy with me. I questioned his honesty and he turned honesty around on me and used my handicap against me. I was told I had not been honest with my handicap, not true, I am looking for an honest partner, therefore, I included that on the initial form. He uses what ever he can and turns things around.
After one year of letters I was told I would receive a $250 refund, I have yet to receive it and I know I will not. I have learned much about the untruths of his service. I have another phone messasge mr. gomez inadvertently left on my phone. It sounds like he is coaching a staff member on how to deal with clients and what she should say to them concerning money. My judgement, mr. gomez did not sound to be a nice person! I have noticed that the nationwide together seperates itself lately with, together, the right one!

Now who the heck is Simon? I have never dealt with Simon, could it be Eddie Gomez in disguise? Are you hiding Mr. Gomez? Do you have reason to hide? I have told the public the absoulte truth of my experience with Together Dating in NY. I have no confusion nor have I lied! In fact it is in the reverse. Thanks so much for the charactor assination, it is so typical of Mr Gomez. Mr. Gomez resorts to dirty low tactics when he is unable to handle the truth. My one year membership did not expire, this nightmare began after I had been sent four "matches" and as you know that would not take a year! I did NOT refuse any refund, something would have been better then nothing! Mr Gomez put me through hell and I complied with ALL that was requested of me. I have a taped phone message that Mr Gomez inadvertently left on my phone, of course it sure was a mistake, for I don't think Mr. Gomez would want anyone to hear it! Mr. Gomez was very nasty to a women in his office and was coaching her. He was coaching her as to how to deal with new clients, what she should say and not say to them and of course money was a big issue. He was mean, impatient and very demanding of her to repeat exactly what he was saying. I have the tape in my possesion and have no problem sharing it with anyone who is interested. I also have a message Mr. Gomez had left on my phone screaming at me, I guess I hit a nerve! Like I always say, ya have nothing to hide, you hide NOTHING!! Why then would Mr. Gomez of Together Dating in NY get so upset if what I had to say was so ridiclous? Was it because I was telling the truth and he was afraid? Mr Gomez obviously needed my money more then I did. I believe what goes around comes around and God sure does work in funny ways. I believe Mr. Gomez is miserable and I need to do nothing, for he WILL pay in some way. By the way, Mr. Gomez accused me of taping the phone message that took place in his NY office and threatened me with breaking the law! No you tell me how it would be possible for me to tape a conversation that took place in his NY office when I was home! Shame On You Eddie!!

Sandra had finished her membership with us and then decided to ask for a refund. It is a bit like saying I had a meal a year ago and then i decided to try and get money back. As a gesture of goodwill we offered her something, not that we had to. She refused what we offered her and when we agreed she started acting very strange. She is a very confused person.

Simon, blow it out your A-Hole. Sandra this Together Dating Company is a big waste of time and money. They do not care one bit on finding you the right match like they offered you when you signed up. All they want is your money, they do not care one bit about your feelings are what you are really looking for in a match.KABC7 here in Los Angeles did a report on the Together Company in Los Angeles,2 women they interviewed were very disappointed on how they were treated by their match makers and the company itself.KABC7 showed how much theses women paid Together and showed what they got for their money, absolutely nothing but lies and deceit, compare to the thousands and thousands of dollars that they spent for this service. Sandra signed a contract that states that there are no refunds and also signed a credit card slip to that effect. She was never told that we do background checks on individuals. On her cretia wishes she states that she is open to meeting all races and backgrounds. Sandra's membership has expired over a year ago and she keeps making false statements and is making threatening motions and as a result of this we are considering taking legal action against her. She was offered a refund and refused to accept the terms and conditions of the refund, we offered this as a gesture of goodwill and later withdrew it after her unacceptable berhaviour and her very threatening approach. We certainly do not and will not discrimanate against any person with any handicap infact the company does does employ handicap people. We strongly feel she is using this as a means to gain sympathy.
