Rip Off Artist / Tom Babcock / At The Helm Sailing & Powerboating School /Ramona Helm . I paid for four (4) hours of lessons. Tom Babcock returned the boat in less than two ( 2) hours . Tom Babcock was obnoxious and rude and refused the refund the balance of the money I had paid him for four (4) hours of sailing. Tom Babcock is a crook and a leach . Stay away from At The Helm Sailing & Powerboating School . It is a scam run by a scam artist.
