I purchased a male puppy (C.J.) from T.J.'s Yorkies to be my up and coming stud. We picked him up in person.  When we got home, after taking C.J. to the vet he was found to have a heart murmur. He was 9wks 4days so we decided to monitor the murmur. Ms Ledbetter was notified immediately for the contract stated the sale was contengent on vet approval which the little C.J. DID NOT get. We monitored him 3 times from April until his last check in July. We had contacted Ms. Ledbetters Vet for any records on the boy so my vet would have them. On C.J.'s last visit to check his heart we had found the murmur had closed. We were elated until later we got the vet reports on the litter and found C.J.'s littermate had a GRIV luxating patella on the RT side, this is a very painful GENETIC DEFECT and the line should not be reproduced.  C.J. was checked by his ortho specialist, (C.J. broke his elbow while I was making the bed so he was seeing a specialist) and was diagnosed with a GRIII-IV luxating patella bi-lateral and has to have surgery to repair, again this a genetic defect. After finding out about the littermates diagnosis in MAY Ms. Ledbetter kept this information to herself knowing it was a GENETIC DEFECT and could have devistating consequences on any offspring. Ms. Ledbetter states she doesn't guarantee against Luxating Patella however with selling this dog AS A BREEDER one must agree she is refering to LP caused by blunt force trauma which would occur in an older dog.

The other dog I purchased, picked up in person at the same time was a female that was bred to Ms. Ledbetters male "Charmer".  The contract that was done in my presents and the presents of others and witnessed by a person of Ms. Ledbetters chosing states, I purchased LOVELY OF NEW DEAL. The whole reason for the trip was to pick up this bred demale because I did not want her shipped in her "condition". I was given all the immunization, dental, and rabies information along with a photo of her wold champion sire ROCK AND GOLD TURBO OF NEW DEAL. The only thing I had not received was the certified pedigree and the AKC registration because I was making payments on her. The final payment was made June 1st. After having to contact Ms. Ledbetter I finally got the rest of my paperwork on July 17th.  I noticed a Tattoo number on the certified pedigree from Hungary so I checked it with "LINDY". I was very surprised to find the numbers DID NOT match! I called Ms. Ledbetter and she confirmed the dog she still had in her possession had the tattoo number that matched the dog I CONTRACT WITH HER to purchase. Ms. Ledbetter states that she gave me the wrong paperwork and I got the dog she intended to sell HOWEVER, I did NOT get the dog I intended to buy. The girl I got was not even a year old when I picked her up and was under 4 pounds, REMEMBER, this little girl was suppose to have been BRED.  Ms. Ledbetter will not take resposiblility for C.J. or "LINDY"  If anyone is interested I have ALL documentation to prove EVERY word and MORE!!

It saddens me to see such nonsense and completely false aligations from this buyer. She did purchase 2 dogs from me, one very young and small male and a female. The buyer came to my home and and stayed at a RV park with her dogs and her husband. She visited my home and my babies. The young male was to small to leave but with her being a breeder she agreed to sign a release of any health issues releasing me of any health issues or genitive defects, sickness or issues of any sort because she wanted him at that time and did not want to wait.

You can not guarantee at this age. She was fully aware and signed this release which also over road oringnal contract she previously signed After buyer returning home she did contact me reference a heart mumur which indeed close, the buyer contacted me again stating the dog had fell off her bed and broke both back legs and proceeds to tell me he had bad patellas.

The female age chose she picked up the female herself and never put her back down, I also owned her sister at this time, the dog was tattooed so there is no way I could of given her the wrong dog but the mistake I did make was gave her the sisters paperwork which I take full responsibility for. The right paper worked was given to the buyer. The buyer proceeds to file a lawsuit against me which we did go too court and I was found no wrong doing and case was dismissed.
