Tony English from English Realty is a very unprofessional, irresponsible man with only one thing in is mind greed, he will stop at nothing to get a dollar out of you. Is a very long list of shady things this individual those don't trust him; be very careful and investigated him before calling his number when you see a house listed by him just look the other way, no matter how good of a deal it seen working with Mr. English will never be a good deal for you.
Call the Department of Real Estate and ask about the complaints listed again him, check the court for law-sues against him.
Doing business with him cause a lot of aggravation for all parties involved i hope you think twice before using Tony English or English Realty for your business.

Ana Oriente is the one who filed this report. I know that because I have been a broker for 17 years and all of my clients love me. She is the only one upset at me.
I do a great job as one of the top 10 producing agents here in Laguna Niguel. Ms. Oriente is upset because we rented a home to her on a discounted basis (about 1/2 market value) which was on the market, in exchange for showing the home and moving when the home was sold. Having a lot of rental offers I picked her out of compassion because she was a single mother and seemed to need a break.
We eventually sold the home after several months and when it came time to move, she agreed 30 day move out via email. But the week before moving she pretended that she never promised to move so we had to take eviction action.
The owner of the home lived out of state so I was the point of contact for her and in the process she became upset with me. She told me she had bad credit and everywhere she went they turned her down. We eventually sold the home with her still living in it and the new owners paid her money to leave.
In the lease she signed we reserved the right to report her poor payment history and unethical and immoral behavior to anyone who asked.
You will notice that there are no other complaints filed against me and no other lawsuits either. She is a angry vindictive women who gets a thrill out of attacking me because in my opinion her life is so empty otherwise. Feel free to call me and ask for more details, I have everything documented and can prove everything I have said.
