He advertises on Creglist under Aluminum Gangways(Dock Ramps) and works out of a company called Monmounth Rubber and Plastics located at 75 Long Branch Ave in Long Branch NJ. He makes it a point to answer you quickly and sets up an apointment. His on time gives a good price you agree and says he will have the job done the flowing week. Draws up a contract takes a depost and that will be the last you see of him. Lots of excuses and delays. Tried to get my deposit back. Checks been in the mail.He rip me and my neigbor off for $600.00
