Top Notch Auto Sales Top notch Sold me a lemon, refused to fix what they promised repairs on Pueblo Colorado
In February 2016 , I started making payments on a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica. I was told prior to signing anything and before driving off the lot that this was a good car, had been fully inspected and that they would make repairs to the rear hatch because it wouldn't open and to driver side mirror. It took them 2 months to replace mirror- not a big deal I would've done it myself but they offered. When they brought my car to me after replacing the mirror I was told by fuzzy (car salesman) that they figured out what the problem was but they had to order the part and would call me. So I waited. And called every week and went in every time to make my payment and ask what was happening.
Only to be told that they still hadn't ordered it. In March 2016 I took the car for a tune up and oil change only to be told by th mechanic that the breaks which had been put in prior to my purchasing the vehicle, had been machined but not rotored, that I was missing an emergency break and that he was surprised that the car was driving at all because the tie rods were so worn that they crumbled in his hand( I verified this myself also). It cost me $1000 to make repairs to this car that had supposedly been serviced prior to hitting the lot just to be able to make the car road safe.
Meanwhile I still was unable use my rear hatch. April , may and June go by playing phone tag and continuing to be led on this dealership regarding the promised repairs. July was spent entirely being told that the 'boss' has been trying to call me -false I never received any calls and trying to reach the guy. Today is august 4th and finally was able to speak this guy only to be told that they are adding the cost of the part to my loan , which I did not agree to and to have the phone hung up in n face. I will never do business with this company again and would never recommend them to anyone.
