On May 24, 2016 I followed instructions to an offer for a "free" prize that gave a choice for a watch that I would only pay shipping and handling for. The trick was in the Terms and Agreements part...which I missed the future commitment of 1) paying full price after a 14 day trial of the product and 2)some subscription to future "trials" in a "VIP" membership.
On June 7, 2016 a debit for $98.00 appeared on my debit card account (not allowed the full 14 days trial as I didn't receive it until May 31st, and when I called the 800 number to cancel, I was given the notice that the charge was to pay for the watch, which was definitely not worth $98.00. It had not looked like the photo in the ad, and the wristband was cheap artificial leather, that had already come loose from one of the loops. I got the cancellation of subscription, but am still seeking the refund, as they violated their own agreement and charged me too soon.
