Was told my order was rerserved and ready to ship. The next day Find out the shoes I orderd were out of stock, so I re-order the shoes to a different pair. I haven't received a confirmation e-mail to let me know that my order has been put into process and ready ship. I was getting feedback all the time until they got my payment now they avoid me everytime I e-mail and call by phone. Watch Out RIP-Off and scam artists...

Now their going to send your shoes because they have been reported: 1.BBB 2.Paypal( payment error) 3.FBI internet Fraud website 4.Popular shoe forums and message boards They are complete liers and I'm still waiting on a refund because I know their not going to send my shoes. Their shoes are 100% variants because their the pictures that describes their inventory are stolen pictures. Yes they sound cool and sound nice, but thats just a game to gain your trust in order to get you to send your money \never deal with them again. The only reson they start using paypal is because in a previous report I discuss how they want the control of ripping people off and paystone and cash payments give them the advantage to take your money. To say their nice after they ignored your emails and sign off on MSN when you sign on sounds like a false complaint made by Topballers to make themselves appear to be a legit website. Payments: 1. Western Union 2. Paystone 3. Money Order 4. Any form of cash payment your money is as good as gone. Topballers is nothing but a complete scam I been waiting on a refund since Dec/04 and I dealt with them July/04 to purchase 3 pair of Jordan's and they lied to me every week about the shipment and told a customer that I wore them, sent them back for a refund, and they sent them back to me saying that they were badly worn. How can I wear 3 shoes in 3 different sizes I never recieved a thing from this company. All I get is emails but no results. They don't rebuttal my complaints because they know its the truth, but legal action will be taken place people like this makes internet shopping a nightmare. EVERYONE KNOWS TOPBALLERS ARE A FRAUD!!!

Stay away from Topballers.com they are total liers and a scam website. They go to different message boards and advertise their business and what they sell. They say stay away from HK fakes well at least the HK fakes send the merchandise to you and don't steal your money. They always lie not an excuse of why you didn't receive the shoes. Every week your shoes are coming, but I know their lieing because they can't never have a date when should receive them. Their website clearly states that once they receive the payment you will get a confirmation number (USPS). Topballers are some serious liers just bad business, and everyone on every message board will know this. They use negitive feedback from previous customers flip it and tell you why this occured. Their payment set up is good for thieves western union, moneygram, and money order. they don't want paypal because they know if they don't send the goods you can report them to paypal and get your money back, so only interested in getting independant credit system that will benefit them not you. They need to steal your money. Their merchandise is fake and so is their service 100% fake at least HK let you know their shoes are fake. SO STAY AWAY!!! I have proof of their business tatics...

Currently talking with another Sales associate that is pushing to get my order out to me...He has explained the situatuin to me on the delay and confusion of how things have handled in getting orders out to their customers...My order is still pending...
