Torklift Central Welding is the worst place to go for towing, rv, hitch, trailer repair, motorhome, camper or fifth wheels Kent Washington
beware of torklift central welding..or tl central! They are the owners of this place in kent, wa where they do things like rv hook ups, camper, 5th wheels, motorhomes, hitches, and all that stuff.
I had the worst experiance in my whole life there. I don't know where to begin....i am so mad at this point...don't go there, that place is so so bad. it was recommended for me to go there from the dealership, but they are a bunch of lying, in competent, stupid, rude, thieving, over charging, bad work, no rerspect jerks.
this punk kid told me the only hitch they had was the one that cost $3,000 and when i went in, they had 2 more for thousands less! he tricked me into buying the most expensive one! i have his card here, his name is matt lynch. i seen the web site with a different price, when i got there it was more money. i heard him call me a dumb a*s hill billy to!! the whole time i was sitting in the waiting room, i heard him talking about everyone, and how much money the company is loosing, and that fellow must be on commission because he was saying to upsell so he makes more money to the girl who sat by him, she was the only professional there! brown haired girl was real nice to me, offered me some coffee and spoke with me.
well, when i got me truck back, they drilled holes in my bed, there was grease all over the place inside and the bolts were not even tightened up!! and the bill was 40 dollars more than what that matt said. then, my lights were not working right so i took it to les schwab to get it fixed. that cost more money.
the whole experiance was real real bad at torklift. i will never ever go back ther again. they overcharged me, and lied to me to force me to get the most expensive hitch, then raised the price some more and i had to listen to this kid boy talk the whole time about upselling and getting every dollar you can get from the customers so he can make more money and he was making jokes about me, and i couled hear every joke and word.
i felt ripped off when i left and degraded. i will never go back torlift is the worst place to go. if you want to be overcharged and made fun of this is the right place.
i plan on writing a letter to the owners to tell them about how poorly i was treated. i heard him saying his dad was the owner tony kay no wonder tht kid can get away with bad service.

Just this week I bought a Super Hitch and 42" extension. I bought mine at TL Central. My circumstances are probably a bit different as I needed my stuff delivered to a freight fowarder to put on a ship to Alaska. No way TL or myself could have afforded UPS shipping on a complete hitch. I may have paid a bit more than some other places but the folks at TL Central delivered my hitch to the freight company personally. TL Central is in Kent, WA and the freight company is in Tacoma, WA so it wasn't very far. However, the fact that they worked with the freight company and made this as easy as possible on my end states volumes to me. When I need more of their products I'll be shopping there again.
