I purchased a Toshiba HD-DVD player in August 2007 with all the correct information. In approx. 8 to 10 weeks I was supposed to receive 5 free HD-DVD movies. October came and I still have not recieved the movies so I called a number I located on the internet I the customer service rep. said that the mail was undeliverable and it was shipped back (they never tried to contact me about the problem,they have my work and home number) because they forgot to put my apartment number on the shipment address. I gave her my apartment number (again) it is now December 27,2007 4 months since I shipped out the rebate form I have called countless times to speak to a supervisor and I keep getting this same lady saying your package is still saying ready to ship and there is no set shipping date, at this rate I don't think I will ever get my movies and after this experience I was betting on HD-DVD to win the format war I have since purchased a PS3 and am now putting my hard on money into Blu-Ray and I will never purchase another Toshiba product.
