I subscribed to their life insurance lead service I paid for 3 weeks and never used the 3 weeks of service and was illegally charged another $350.00.

I paid $799.00 for a start up cost of $99.00 and for 3 weeks of their service. I NEVER USED their service. I was told by 3 different people that I would not be charged until all the appointments, training, and software was working and when I felt comfortable. That point never came and the 3 week period started the day I joined. As you can imagine there was no way I could have used their services starting on the very first day because I wasn't appointed with any companies nor did I have any of the training completed. And I was also still under contract with my previous employer.....I made that clear before I paid the fee and I was told I would not be charged my 3 weeks until I was ready and I would have time to give my employer a two week notice. They said they needed the 799.00 up front to start on the paperwork and appointment process and again I would know when they started actually charging the weekly fee. Then two weeks ago tomorrow I get a notice from my bank about NSF fee's as they had took another 350.00 out of my account for week 4. I never even used the 1st 3 weeks. There is also a money back guarantee that I was promised with "conditions" but I didn't even get a chance to fall with-in their "money back guarantee guidelines" as I never used the system unless it was training Erik Marks specifically asked me to do.

In an e-mail April Wilder agreed that the 350.00 should not have came out and she was working on a refund......it has been 2 weeks and I still do not have any of my money back nor will they let me know what we are going to do about the 3 weeks of service I never used and was charged for. MOST important the illegal withdrawal of $350.00 caused 9 checks to come back NSF which is a charge of $31.00 per check! I have proof anything you need. I want the 799 the 350 and NSF charges of 279.

Kristy, If a judgement has been entered in your favor. You should be able to file a motion to put a lien on any of their assets. Follow up with your lawyer. Tom

Well I've still seen no money back, however because everything was done through fax, phone and internet I was able to get a small claims judgement against them, however I'm having a rough time collecting. I too called the Florida financial investigator and he is going to help me from here on out. He does have enough to file against them. Thank you so much Nick for updating or I would have never found Todd. Without interest they owe me $1472.00

I'm so sorry you were not better informed as to what happened. If I remember correctly you are a mere "conference call" trainer for this business. So no you have no idea what efforts I have put forth to contact your company. Yes my town cheif of police, my lawyer, your BBB and your counties Consumer Affairs is all working on this matter. In fact my lawyer thought this was such an easy case he advised me to start with less expensive measures such as a BBB compliant. So that is what I did first, my lawyer also told me that after I filed with the BBB he did not want me to file a suite for at least 30 days in order to let your company make a response. Well as of today there still is no response. My rep from your BBB has tried to call your business all week. She did state to me this morning that she just doesn't understand as TMP knows in order to stay with the BBB you HAVE to respond to every complaint. She promised me she would either hear from you people today or she would make a note and I have respectfully waited my 30 days and I'll be able to file a small claims case in which a member of your business will have to attend the court date here in Monroe County OHIO as I've already received the green flag that due to the transaction being totally done over the net, faxing and telephone the case WILL BE HEARD HERE. Sorry about that.....Silly to spend the time and money on this when you admitted in 3 e-mails you were in the wrong. If you need anymore claification on this matter feel free to ask. Have a GREAT New Year!!!! THANKS!!!

Kristy has no need to hide her name, yet she feels free to use the full names of others on an international website. Thanks, Kristy; real professional. These problems could have been worked out had Kristy continued to contact Total Mortgage Protection's home office but she chose to file a "rip off report" instead. Kristy also signed a contract with us. While I am not the person that handles contracting, licensing, or agents, I know how a contract works: You hold up your end of the contract and (hopefully) the other party holds up their end of the contract. If we (TMP) had not held to our contract, Kristy should have gotten a lawyer and had them contact us to straighten it out. As Kristy has not contacted us with a legal representative, I can only assume that we at TMP have upheld our end of the contract. Therefore, one can only assume that Kristy herself has neglected to fully comply with her contract, not TMP.
