TOURSRUS.NET CALVIN SHORTS AGENT # 1117 ON JULY 22ND, 2014 I RECEIVED A FAX FROM "MEMO" ADVERTISING FOR A TRIP TO CANCUN, JAMAICA, OR HAWAII AT $119/PP FOR 6 DAYS AND 5 NIGHTS WT ALL MEALS INCLUIDED.Nationwide
I CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE FAX WHICH IS 1-855-883-1867 TO PURCHASE A PACKAGE FOR 5 PEOPLE AT $798. SIX MONTHS AFTER I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER 1-855-883-1865 TO MAKE A RESERVATION, NO ONE ANSWERED! I CALLED THE OTHER NUMBER AND WAS TOLD TO KEEP TRYING. I'VE TRIED FOR MANY MANY DAYS AND SAME THING NO ONE ANSWER MY CALLS. SO DESPARATED I CALLED THE OTHER NUMBER AGAIN AND GOT HANGED UP ON ME. THEN i GOOGLED AND FOUND OUT IT WASN'T JUST ME WHO WAS A VICTIM OF THAT SCAM BUT THERE WERE OTHERS.
I got so fed up with this. I paid $ 798 for 4 people July, 2014 for a trip to Cancun, Jamaice or Hawaii for 5 nights and six days, all meals included, $119 per person. Not sure how they calculate the fees but that was what I paid! Jan. 2015 I called in to reserve our trip. No one picked up the phone. I called the number 1-855-883-1867 that I called before to purchase and was told to call customer service number 1-855-883-1865. I called, no one pick up phones. I called the other number and got hanged ups. I've been trying for many days for many weeks....Now I realized that I got scammed! It was an expensive lesson for me.
