Trace Seigal He does business under Coregreen. He resides in Parker, Colorado. When he was working with us, he posed as an electrician. He is not an electrician. He used other people to do electrical work. Any time we would ask him a question, he would not get a straight answer. Overall, he could do good work but his biggest issue is always wanting more money. I don’t recommend him. He caused a lot of issues on our site. If things didn’t go his way, he would pout and caused other workers to fight with us. He is highly emotional and can’t control his anger. He disagree with everything and everyone based on our experience. I think he can be a good contractor but he is not honest. Don’t work with him. High drama. Contracter Denver Co Colorado
We hired him to remodel our house. He kept over charging us and changing the amount due. He tries to reason by going around in circles and points out "his " evidence. He caused so many issues with our other workers. I was truly surprised by his lack of professionalism on the job site. It took us a while to fire him mainly because he made it so hard for us to do so. He threatened liens, made other workers quit and sabotage our project, delayed the project —-the list is a long one. He claims to have a lot of experience. I highly doubt that. Don’t let him take advantage of you. I hope he doesn’t ever get hired. Our project was delayed and we ran over our budget. Worst thing about our experience- the drama he created on our work site. It cause so much stress. Moving on from him.
