Tradecozone Failure to deliver goods, refused to refund payment California
I purchased pet supplies from this company online at e-bay, after receiving my payment this company did not deliver my order. This company has no phone number and the only way to contact is through e-mail, after numerous attemps to contact someone through the web site I received a e-mail stating I would receive a refund within 1 to 2 business days. It has been a month and I still have not received my refund, stay away from this company at all cost, lousy service, liars and cheats are all this company has to offer.

I just want to set the record straight, on 12-30-13 I did receive my refund.
