Complaint Review: Trans Continental Talent - Lawrenceville New Jersey

Hey I have been emailed from a lady named Nikki Borreggine Director of Franchise Operations Trans Continental Talent And her email is as follows:Chad, "Please expect the $80 owed to you added into your next check that you will receive on Friday December 20,2002. I do apologize for the incontinence." I sent an email saying $80 I am to recieve more than that, yesterday Dec 15 she sent this to me: "Payroll records show the check with the incorrect name was in the amount of $80 when do you believe you are missing money from?" I simply told her that because of the amount of enrollments that I had there is no way that I could be getting $80 also I let her know about the enrollments that I had (7) and that I was told by the office that I would get the highest payout that there would be. Alison from woodbrige are you one of the newer scouts that were there or are you one of the older one that I've seen before? Have you contacted whatever agency handles wage control in your state?]

I also worked under these people and about a week ago I hear about a Christmas party they are having at the office. So I am like are scouts invited to the party and one of the managers tell me only if i am willing to serve dinks and help clean up. Can you imagine that at that office they have us scouting all day then coming in to be servants at there parties. This Mike Fomkin guy even had scouts washing his car and cleaning his office all for FREE! I am glad we are finally doing something about this people who think they are Kings or something

It's me again. The ex-employee that did'nt get paid also the same one who wrote about not getting a check. Now hear this I called yesterday to ask the where about of my Check and the Director(the only one in whom I ever believed) told me to hold on and he put the office manager on the phone Mike Fomkin who asked me about writing a comment on the rip off report. I told him yes I wrote it and he simply told me that I'm not getting paid because of that Hello!!! I spent about $300 plus going back and forth working those open calls 2 trains & 3 buses I used my own money to go out to malls to work(scout talent) and to tell me I'm not getting paid It's been way over 35 days / after 2 pay periods going into a third and I have not recieved my money. When I called back Mike is in the back ground now :Saying " Don't call this F@#$ing office he has Lawyers and he will have me arrested and BLAH BLAH BLAH, so the guy on the phone (who is super brain washed by the company) tells me by going on rip off report I was responding as if I were a child. Now my question to him was, Should I have been an adult and just waited NOT to get paid? Futhur more he tells me to calls down to the Coparate office in Florida and I say "To speak to who and he tells me he does not know, I also made mention that why should I call them when people from the inside of that office told me they were a scam but Like I told them this if far from over and to think they are going through all of this for $400 I KNOW THEY WILL SEE THIS SO MY COMMENT TO THEM IS TO JUST PAY ME !!! THE COURT STUFF IS NOT WORTH IT. ALSO WHAT MADE YOU GUYS LOOK AT THIS WEB SITE ANYWAY? The way I see it is 20 million fans can't be wrong.

Its been over 30 days/ 2 pay periods and I have not gotten a check as of yet. I called Corparate and they said we'll take care of it (I called them twice) I called my office 3 times and thier talk was the same but I won't stop and I think the news is the wat to go onthis one. Any advice b4 I commit?

Just a quick note about this company. This is like my 5th post today which is funny. Anyway, look out people for ads out there by Industry Magazine. They are advertising the need for models including doing it on monster.com They are affiliated with Trans Continental. Its a front.
