Transblue hires subcontractors to complete property maintenance around the US. They seem to hide terms in a vender application form that forbid the subcontractor from terminating the agreement. They also have a paid when paid policy that’s hidden and if you seem to stop servicing you then will be fined until the money owed is all gone.
