Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
It all seemed to make sense. They only want upbeat, positive energy people to help promote talent. I am a firm believer in that. As a scout, I didn't mind having the power to say yah, or nay to people I thought had potential. Actually, I'm a good judge of character; sometimes too good.

I followed their industry guidelines and added a few of my own. I only scouted people that looked similar to others I had seen in magazines or on TV, so I wasn't picking just anybody (despite being told to lower my standards).

Oddly, three days after I started, I received a call from one of the other scouts about several complaints about the company. This sort of concerned me and we agreed to meet before the open call. The question of legitimacy was never raised before.

Here's where is gets really bizarre... A couple hours later at a friends house, I get a call from the Office Director, inquisitioning me about why I didn't call if I had a problem. It was just 2 hours ago! She also heard I had been talking about her (which of course was fabricated) and planned to meet other scouts to talk about Transcontinental Talent (which was true). Where did this come from? I felt like I was in high school. He said, she said... WTF? Professional?

"Hey, everyone gets bad press," I told her, "it's nothing to worry about. I'll do some research and come to you if I have any concerns." I also asked about what I had said... She said she had heard enough and that I shouldn't bother showing up for open call. Now if that's not suspicious, I don't know what is. I was having fun at my job.

I called around to other scouts I had gotten familiar with, I'm a people person you know. Apparently she had called them too, defending the company and their "legitimacy". And remember, this stemmed from someone wanting to meet some of us to just discuss allegations. Big deal right.

These guys have something to hide, and I want to know what it is.

Now after reading all of the above about Transcontinental, Options, or whatever, I truly regret ever getting involved with these folks; moreover, I really think the people I scouted have a chance, but I don't know if TCT is where they want to be.

It's funny, she even told us that she was a used car salesman before she worked for TCT. HAHAHAHA!

Frankly, I don't know what the hell to think. To much smoke and mirrors.

You kick a*s, Mikey! I am an ex-scout who got suckered by the fraudulent Monster job with TCT. I noticed that Monster was a member of the BBB and now they are not. I was pissed when I took the independent contractor scout job and didn't make bull hockey on the people I knew who signed up for their bogus website. I wish I had the proof they screwed me. What government agency can help us? If anyone knows how I can get the scout commission records, I want them. Please post your info below so everyone will know.

Listen, if you're going to make a sarcastic rebuttle, at least have the sack to say who you are.

TCT obviously has something to hide. This following rebuttle couldn't be posted because of a bogus e-mail. ' [email protected] J. Banchi wrote: "mike sucks a$$ in monmouth oregon" ' Now look guys, we're not in high school. Make your comments intelligent and insightful. This sort of behavior is just proving the point that TCT is not a professional organization. It just says that they're full of phoney bologna. I also had opportunity to talk to people I scouted that showed up Monday night. One was told by another scout to call me to reschedule. Well, riddle me this: how can they reschedule with me if I no longer work there? That means the Office Director hasn't told the rest of the office what happened and will just wait till people ask and say that I quit. Why would that be? Can anyone say "Corrupt"?
