Travel by Centennial Corporate Travel DiscountersJet Blue Travel SCAM!! Took my money, no trip! Will not refund unknown fax
Booked a cruise through this so called company for a discounted rate, after a month of receiving no information I called and called. The so called travel agent Simon@ext 999 is always "on the phone or away from his desk". I finally requested a refund, at which point I was told that had to be done via email.
Would not let me speak to a supervisor, offered no solutions at all
