Whatever you do Do NOT sign up to be an agent for Travel Time Travel .. The owners, Lucy Wolfe and Jo Kennedy have been scamming unsuspecting Disney loving agents for years. Their real names are Angeline Kennard and Erin Delegatti
They will find you on facebook and tell you that you would make a great travel agent . They are very good at picking people who are huge Disney fans and teaching them to book vacations for their friends and family. They also have facebook pages where agents do free giveaways to possible clients and promote the agency.
Everything works out great at first, but then, once you become pretty good at it, and have many bookings, and it is time for them to PAY you, You NEVER get paid, or they will pay you the smallest amount they owe you instead of the total amount.. If you dare ask about your commission, even months and months and months later, over and over again, you are given every excuse in the world as to why they havent been paid by Disney ..
They will tell you that Disney has not been paying, that reservation numbers changed and Disney hasn't paid because of this, even though every other agency has no problem ..
When you start to show frustration, the blame game starts.. You are the reason you arent paid, you did not fill out your invoice correctly, you need to send ANOTHER research form...
They will even have newer agents say how great the owners are, of course these agents have no idea...
They promise agents that they are earmarked, yet there is no evidence of this status on their website.
There are other ripoff reports dating back to 2011 for Angie and Tim Kennard WDW Travels look them up
Agents are not allowed to communicate with each other or discuss if they are being paid
They also steal your clients and bookings and then Brag about it to other agents.
They private message and call agents telling untruthful stories about why agents leave the agency.
