Now that you know what it feels like to be lied to and ripped off, how about if you vindicate yourself by taking your insider information to the Texas Attorney General's office- who are the only people effectively going after these scums!!! They already had Travelbridge pay out about $350,000 in restitution to class action lawsuit members, $25,000 in civil penalties, & $75,000 in attorney's fees. I am sure they would love to hear from somebody like you specially if you were selling memberships for them anytime after Feb. 15th, 2002(a time period not covered in the original lawsuit). Please do yourself (and everyone who got ripped off) a big favor and simply call (214)969-5310 and ask to speak to Assistant Attorney General Mr. Ken Kirkpatrick (ext.123) He will definately lend you an ear when it comes to addressing consumer complaints against Travelbridge.

WE JOINED IN jANUARY 2002 AND SAW AN ARTICLE IN THE PAPER THREE DAYS LATTER STAING THAT THIS WAS A SCAM. I NOTIFIED OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND WAS TOLD TO RESPOND ON THE 26TH OF JANUARY WHEN IT WAOUD BE POSTED TO OUR ACCOUNT. THEY INVESTIGATED AND SAID THAT WE HAD SIGNED A CONTRACT THAT WAS BINDING. WE RE OPENED THE INVESTIGATION AND I SENT DOCUMENTATION TO TRAVELBRIDGFE VIA CERTIFIED MAIL AND BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD CO. AND THEY STILL DENIED..SAID WE WERE LIABLE. TODAY, 6-14-02, I WENT TO THE OFFICE OF TRAVELBRIDGE ON TOMBALL PARKWAY AND THE OFFICE WAS EMPTY WITH A FOR LEASE SIGN. I JUST SENT IN THE PAYMENT ON FRIDAY TO PAY OFF. I WILL NOW CALL MY BAMK ON MONDAY TO STOP PAYMENT ON THE CHECK AND CALL THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AGAIN.....WHAT A SCAM
